Blow Up Fashions

One of the latest trends in fashion is inflatable garments. There is a huge craze for blow up lingerie in Japan.
Miracle bras are not really miracle bras if we consider the inflatable lingerie China has to offer. The She’s Mine bra is designed with a contoured pad at the base of each cup. This contour pad will inflate when you press it so that, with a mere push, you can increase your size about 3cm, and another push will give you another 2.5cm.
This means you can go from a normal B to a C cup, then if you’re really bust-greedy, to a D—which the makers of this inflatable lingerie recommend for “parties.”
Another fun inflatable trend is dresses that are constructed out of half inflated twisted balloons. They are crafted it in the same way you make balloon animals. Each dress is made of hundreds of balloons tied together to create incredible gowns that would be wearable if the model never had to sit or lay down. She probably also couldn’t have a bladder as it’s hard to imagine it would be possible to hike one of these up.
Another big trend are wedding dresses that come with a pump and a patching kit. These are very elobarate rubber dresses that inflate to full size and are made of white balloons. They are made by Japanese artist Daisy, also known as Rei Hosokai.
Some of these dresses are floor length and have princess bodices made out of twisted balloon skins. Also quite great are the bell shaped frocks with skirts that flare out and the bouquets she makes out of strangely shaped helium filled balloons.
Daisy is an artist who is very adept at designing and creating just about anything with balloons—including really amazing dresses, flowers and accessories.
Joonsoo Kim has designed a fabulous little cloud shaped umbrella. As soon as the rain breaks out, you whip out this cute little umbrella, pump it up, and hey, presto! you have your very own little cloud shelter.
Joonsoo Kim wanted to express both lightness and happiness with this design. It would certainly cheer you up on a cloudy day, although I am not sure how practical the umbrella would be at keeping you dry. This concept design is certainly an eye-catcher!
