Getting That Fashionable Bikini Line
If you know anything about fashion you know that it is very unfashionable to be showing much pubic hair. Removing hair from the bikini line can be a big hassle if you do not know what you are doing. It is also a messy business if you decide to use shaving creams, depilatories or waxes..
That is why most women prefer to use a small epilator for removing hair from their delicate genital area. It is simply faster. A good example of a famous mechanical epilator is the Epilady which was specifically designed for the delicate chore of removing hair from the female body.
In essence the Epilady is a small hair removal device that looks like a delicate little electric shaver with the only difference being that it does not contain any blades. Instead there are little metal coils that when rotated squeeze and then extend again in a pinching motion that grasps at the hairs and allows them to be plucked out of the body. The virtue in using this method is that it allows you to pull out many hairs at once thus saving women the tedium of plucking hairs out or having to go through the pain of waxing the hair away.
One of the benefits of using an epilator is that you can see the area where you are shaving quite clearly. However a drawback is that it is hard to do a precise design of the bikini line with it simply because the device is intended to clear a large area of skin of hair. It is not really an instrument that can create a precise design of any kind.
Many epilators don’t even work on pubic hair or leg hair unless it is about an inch long. Yet another problem is that this is not always a successful way to remove softer or downier hair. This type of hair typically grows beneath the pubic area and on the upper thighs.
One of the benefits of using and epilator is that it is so tidy to use. There are no creams to wipe up or wax strips to get rid of. The hairs are collected inside the epilator as it plucks them from your skin and then you simply empty the unit of all of it’s hairs – the same way you would a small dustbin. In fact many epilators come with a small brush that you can use to clean up any hairs that might have become trapped inside the unit.
